nudd. was created from over two decades of listening to women, developing intimate products and seeing the same thing again and again: our bodies change, but nobody teaches us how our intimate care should change with them.

This is intimate care, redefined.

We know what it's like. Because we've been there.

Perimenopause and menopause change things. Sometimes gradually, sometimes all at once.

Dryness, sensitivity, changes in intimate skin, discomfort during intimacy, pelvic tension. Things that were never an issue before can suddenly become part of everyday life. And you don't feel yourself anymore.

We experienced some of these changes ourselves. And despite spending years working in intimate wellbeing, we realised how little information, research and practical guidance was available to women navigating them.

We knew the ingredients. We understood the formulations. We had spent years developing intimate products. Yet we still found ourselves asking questions that should have had much clearer answers.

Women's health has been overlooked for too long.

For decades, women's health research has failed to give many aspects of female physiology the attention they deserve. Menopause, vulvar health, intimate skin and the everyday effects of hormonal changes have too often been treated as secondary concerns.

The result? Millions of women experiencing changes they were never prepared for, searching for answers and being told that discomfort is simply something they have to live with.

We don't think that's good enough.

We believe women deserve better information, more relevant research and products developed with a deeper understanding of their changing bodies.

Not another promise to turn back time. Not another product suggesting there's something wrong with ageing.

Just better intimate care for the bodies we actually have.

Formulas with a purpose. Ingredients with a job to do.

Our approach to formulation comes from 20 years of experience in intimate product development, combined with an ongoing commitment to understanding skin physiology, ingredient science and the specific needs of intimate areas.

We look beyond trends and marketing claims to focus on what ingredients actually do, how they work together and why they belong in a formula.

From hydration and skin barrier support to soothing sensitive areas and maintaining intimate comfort, every product starts with a specific need.

We consider texture, tolerance, compatibility and the particular characteristics of intimate skin. We carefully select functional ingredients and develop formulas designed to fit into real daily routines.

Because intimate care shouldn't be complicated. But the science behind it deserves to be taken seriously.

Not anti-ageing. Pro-understanding.

We don't believe intimate wellbeing should be about fighting the natural changes of our bodies.

Hormones fluctuate. Skin changes. Sensations evolve. Our needs at 45, 50 or 60 may be very different from those we had at 25.

And that's normal.

What shouldn't be normal is having to figure everything out on our own.

nudd. exists to make those changes easier to understand and to offer practical, thoughtful solutions for the intimate concerns that come with them.

Just products developed with knowledge, experience and a clear purpose.

We're still learning. And that's the point.

Twenty years in intimate wellbeing have taught us a lot. But they've also shown us how much there is still to discover about women's bodies.

Science evolves. Our understanding of intimate health grows. And women are finally asking questions that should have been answered a long time ago.
