How to use it
- Always sterilize any silicone item before first use
- Fold the top back, like an upside down umbrella
- Place it on the breast and flip the folded edge back against the skin
- Gently squeeze the base to create suction
- Once the milk flow stops, remove it and transfer the milk to a suitable storage container, following standard breast milk storage guidelines
